Grilled Salmon with Honey Ginger White Balsamic and Smoked Hickory EVOO
Combine Honey Ginger with Hickory oil in 1:1 ratio
Brush on a filet of salmon, season with salt and pepper
Grill on each side for 7-10 min
Serve with Peach Salsa
