Peach Salsa with Strawberry and Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

Peach SalsaÂ
Cube  2-3 Peaches, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 jalapeno, 1/2 cup chopped cilantroÂ
Mix 1:1 ratio of Strawberry Peach Vinegar with Garlic Olive oil and 1 TBS of Arbol  Pepper Honey
Add to Peaches mix
Season with salt and pepper
Serve with Grilled Salmon or by itself.
