An easy gourmet meal!
1 lb of peeled and deveined X-large shrimp
1/2 lb of Ella’s Olive Garlic and Basil Spaghetti, cooked al dente
3 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
3/4 cup of cut mushrooms
1/2 cup of chopped basil leaves
1 container of Ella’s Olive OBX Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
4 TBSP of Ella’s Olive Picual EVOO
Salt, pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Sauté garlic in Olive oil. Add shrimp and cook for 5 min on both sides until it turns pink. Remove shrimp from the pan. Add additional EVOO and sauce mushrooms, until liquid is evaporated. Add tomato sauce, chopped basil leaves, and heat through. Add cooked pasta w/ some cooking liquid into the sauce and toss, add shrimp, and salt/pepper to taste.
Serve topped with fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
