Hi I’m Ella of  Ella’s Olive Tasting room, which opened its doors in 2018 in OBX’s beach town of Duck , NC with an idea that great tasting food should not be complicated to make or take a long time. During our daily tastings, we help our customers find the perfect pairings our oils and vinegars and suggest ways to use them as a drizzle, marinade, finishing glaze, or even as a beverage flavoring.
